Marathon Training with Scoliosis: VLOG 3

Hi everyone!

For those who don’t know, I have set myself the challenge of running my first marathon in April. It’s safe to say, I’m terrified….!

In VLOG 3 of marathon training with scoliosis, I take you on a typical training week with me. This includes my longest run as part of this training block – 14 miles.

This week, I had a bit of a niggle in my left calf, and so I missed a session on Thursday to rest. But still, a solid week of training. 🙂

My week consisted of the following:

MONDAY – 30 Min Walk / Strength Training

TUESDAY– 60 min easy run / Strength Training

WEDNESDAY – 45 min easy run / Strength Training

THURSDAY – REST DAY

FRIDAY – 30 Min Walk / Strength Training

SATURDAY – 14 Mile Long Run
